From a young age, she never truly fit in — not even with her own family. She kicked, screamed, shouted, cried, begged, and battled depression, but she never gave up. Time and time again, she reinvented herself — fighting to become a better person, to build a better life. Along the way, she helped others heal while learning to accept help herself.
